By taking the first steps in fulfilling your commitment, we hope you will experience the joy of being a part of something that will impact lives for years. Here are the primary ways to begin fulfilling the commitment you made to the campaign:
1. Give online via the PCA Foundation [Preferred Option]:
- Go to PCA Foundation Giving Portal (for individual transactions up to $250,000).
- Insert Fund Name and Number: 12 South Capital Campaign Fund 4149 (example linked here).
- Fill in the form fields as instructed on the giving portal, and submit by clicking “Donate Now”.
2. Give online via Midtown Fellowship:
- Go to Midtown Fellowship's page on Giving, which is linked here.
- Ensure the "Living A Legacy" option is selected on the drop-down menu
- Fill in the form fields as instructed on the giving portal, and submit by clicking “Give Now”
3. Give by check to Midtown Fellowship Church:
- Place "Legacy" in the note or memo field of the check.
- Mail to the church office (Midtown Fellowship 2415 12th Ave S Nashville TN 37204), or
- Drop your check in the giving box in the back of the sanctuary on any Sunday.
4. Give by contributions of appreciated securities:

5. Give through Real Estate or Interests in Closely Held Businesses:
